Title: A Delegation-Based Mission Planning System for Cooperative Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Abstract: In this talk, we will present a fielded mission planning and execution system that combines the use of a delegation framework and a temporal planner used with teams of humans and unmanned aircraft systems. The targeted application is Emergency Rescue. Issues pertaining to system integration will be in focus, in addition to in-the-field experimentation in the Italian Alps performed as part of an EU project called SHERPA.
